Legal notice
This notice identifies the publisher of Pacto.global and sets out the scope of the information published on the site.
The tokens shown in dashed frames mark information that is not yet confirmed: company register, public phone number, hosting provider. The email address filed with the Belgian companies register is kept provisionally. Publication in production remains blocked until these variables are filled in.
Pacto is a brand operated by PIM S.A., a public limited company under Belgian law. The site presents the Pacto system and lets professionals get in touch, read the documents made available and, depending on the journeys open at the time, access the services. The content of the site does not replace signed contracts. Pacto never holds the funds paid between a company and a freelancer.
1. Publisher of the site

Editorial responsibility is exercised by PIM S.A., represented in accordance with its articles of association. Pierre Morelle is registered with the Belgian companies register as a director.
2. Hosting
The site and, where applicable, the associated application spaces are hosted by:

3. Purpose of the site
The site presents the Pacto system, its principles, its documents, its journeys for companies, freelancers, ambassadors and partners, and the assignments that may be made public.
The information published is for information purposes. It is neither a firm offer, nor a promise of an assignment, nor a guarantee of income, payment date, revenue or result. Nor does it constitute legal, tax, financial or accounting advice.
4. Contractual documents
Only the contracts actually signed, their specific conditions, their annexes and the version of the rules incorporated in them are binding between the parties.
Prices, rates, commissions, pricing targets, durations, examples and simulations shown on the site are given for illustration, unless expressly stated otherwise. They must be confirmed in the documents applicable at the time of the commitment.
Pacto is not a party to the contracts concluded directly between a client company and its freelancers. Pacto provides the system, the model documents, the network and the register under its own conditions.
Payments owed by a company to a freelancer are made directly between them. Pacto does not receive, hold or pass on these funds, and provides no payment service on their behalf.
5. Independence of professionals
Pacto services are addressed to professionals. Presenting the system creates no employment contract, relationship of subordination, general mandate, joint venture or exclusivity between Pacto, the companies and the freelancers.
Each professional remains responsible for their legal, social, tax, accounting, insurance and regulatory obligations, and for deciding whether to have the documents reviewed before committing.
6. Intellectual property
The structure of the site, the Pacto brand, the names, logos, graphic elements, texts, illustrations, documents, interfaces, databases and software are protected by the applicable intellectual property rights. They belong to PIM S.A., to the co-owners concerned or to their licensors.
Reading and downloading the documents expressly made public is allowed for personal, non-exclusive professional use. Any reproduction, adaptation, substantial extraction, distribution, commercial use or re-use beyond that use requires prior written permission, save for exceptions provided by law.
Third-party brands, content or documents remain the property of their respective owners.
7. Availability and security
PIM S.A. uses reasonable means to keep the site available, accurate and secure. Continuous availability cannot however be guaranteed, in particular in the event of maintenance, an incident, a technical change or an external event.
The platform may be presented as being in beta when that indication matches its actual state. That mention does not reduce the legal or contractual obligations of PIM S.A.
Any security vulnerability or anomaly can be reported to pierre@pim.eu.com. Please do not publish any detail that could increase the risk before PIM S.A. has been able to review it.
8. External links
The site may link to third-party sites or services. PIM S.A. does not control their content, their availability or their practices. Users are invited to read their own terms and privacy policies.
The existence of a link implies neither general approval nor partnership, unless expressly stated.
9. Personal data and cookies
The processing of personal data is described in the privacy policy.
The use of cookies and other trackers is described in the cookie policy. A permanent "Manage my cookies" link reopens the preference centre from every page of the site.
10. Applicable law
The site and this notice are governed by Belgian law, subject to any mandatory provisions that may apply.
Contracts concluded within the Pacto ecosystem contain their own clauses on applicable law and dispute resolution. In the event of a contradiction, the contractual document applicable to the relationship concerned prevails.
